Friedrich Kleiner is a postdoctoral researcher in the Aubin-Tam group at TU Delft, Netherlands, specializing in the cell biology and physiology of microalgae. His research explores the diversity of photosynthetic eukaryotes across multiple evolutionary lineages, with a particular focus on cellular organization, environmental stress responses and signaling. In addition, he developed genetic tools for non-model microalgae. At TU Delft, he predominantly investigates the integration and behavior of photosynthetic microalgae within engineered living materials.
He will talk about ‘Demonstration of environmental feedback on cell performance in engineered living materials on August 26, at 11:00 AM.
To all interested scientists who are not a member of the priority program, please register till August 25 here.
